Basic Email Configuration
- SMTP/Outgoing
- Server: mail.pcisys.net
- SMTP Authentication required when traveling or outside PCI's direct network
- Server: mail.pcisys.net
- Port: 587
- Authentication:
- Plain Text
- Use same as POP3 or use your PCI emailbox name and password.
- IMAP/Incoming
- Best when checking from a variety of different devices
- Server: mail.pcisys.net
- Username: Your PCI emailbox name with a domain on the end. For example, "myemail@pcisys.net", not "myemail".
- Port
- 143 (default and standard on email clients)
- 993 (secure)
- STARTTLS supported on 143
- POP3/Incoming
- Server: mail.pcisys.net
- Username: Your PCI emailbox name with a domain on the end. For example, "myemail@pcisys.net", not "myemail".
- Port
- 110 (default and standard on email clients)
- 995 (secure)
- STARTTLS supported on 110
- Email Checking Frequency: Please check email no more often than every 5 minutes.

Alternate Email Domains
Verify your current list of email addresses or create them. Login using your
current email address and password with "Go to" set to "Mail Settings". Please call to create an email with a domain name
other than "pcisys.net".
